Carrying the Rhythm is a multidisciplinary creative project developed by Rhythm Planet, blending original music, film, and narrative into a unified body of work. Rooted in years of cultural immersion across West Africa, the Caribbean, and New Orleans, the project explores how rhythm carries history, identity, and human connection across generations and geographies.

At its core, the project is anchored by a forthcoming book, supported by original compositions and film collaborations designed for cinematic storytelling. The work is deeply informed by lived cultural experience and long-standing relationships with African and Afro-Caribbean musicians.
